The DealHub Archive module is the central component of DealHub and provides both logging and database capabilities. DealHub Archive is a Windows based application and archives incoming feeds into a SQL Server database for long-term storage. The database is designed for long-term compliance use and is capable of storing ten years worth of data in a single silo.
DealHub Archive supports archiving that satisfies SEC, FSA and Sarbanes-Oxley data retention rules. As such, it provides a printer replacement capability, avoiding the need for banks of ticket / conversation printers with associated costs.
The archive database contains all incoming & outgoing call attempts, RFQ, price streams, conversation chats, tickets, audit printer feeds and various annotations from all recorded sources. DealHub Archive can be used as a source for MIS Reporting, Investigations, Platform Usage Analysis and has various pre-written reporting templates available.
As well as logging all of the information from the various feeds as a permanent record, separate feeds (from the same source) are cross referenced to provide a composite view (e.g. Reuters TOF, DTF and Printer feeds).
