DealHub provides a call, conversation and deal ticket search facility allowing searches to be carried out using either simple or complex search criteria depending on the type of enquiry.

For instance a single search could be made to select all deals for a particular counterparty by instrument and value date range covering Dealing 2000-1, Dealing 2000-2, Dealing 3000-Direct, Dealing 3000-Matching and EBS.

Trading activity can be checked globally from a central location!

Features

  • Selection by various criteria such as dealing code, counterparty, date range, amount range and dealer identification.
  • Automatically vets selection criteria preventing excessive data being returned.
  • Subsequent filtering of selected records allows rapid identification of conversations of interest.
  • DealHub works in a normal LAN environment and does not require any specialist trading data distribution infrastructure.
  • A unique serial number is assigned to each call to facilitate tracing calls.
  • Ability to access several years of collected data.
  • Call information records generated for incoming, outgoing and withdrawn calls.
  • Conversations are automatically linked to ticket data records.
  • A unique serial number is assigned to each call to facilitate tracing calls.
  • The system will identify gaps in the data due to system down time so that this data can be recovered from other sources.
  • Scaleable SQL database designed for easy integration with other systems.
  • Ability to store several years worth of data on-line with a choice of storage media.

Benefits

  • Much improved accessibility, availability and reliability of the stored data.
  • Multiple structured enquiries across the same data.
  • Cuts down significantly the time taken to investigate queries. A typical manual investigation may take several hours per conversation retrieved.
  • Ability to reprint any call, conversation or deal ticket on demand.
  • Provides the ability for detailed audit of calls, conversations and resultant deal tickets.
  • A common repository for all deal ticket data.
  • Ability to add textual annotations to each call.
  • The intention is that this module will eventually remove the requirement to print and store hard copy thus saving both space and significant labour.
  • No paper snags or worn ribbons to cause loss of important data.
  • No need to manually relay conversation text printouts to dealers as they can review and print from their own workstation.
  • Permits additional reconciliation to weed out missed and erroneous deals.
  • Storage of conversation text for unrecognised deal types such as precious metal deals.
  • When suitably configured, TOF records can be matched against the conversation data already received and can be used as a basis for deal reconciliation.
