The Reuters Dealing Deal Tracker Feed (DTF) is a data feed that provides the ability to extract in real-time all the dealers’ conversation detail and should not be confused with the minimal information available through the older Reuters Current Interest Feed (CIF).

DealHub evolved with the full co-operation of Reuters Conversation Overview Gateway (COG) Beta programme and was one of the first applications to use the Reuters COG data feed. Reuters subsequently renamed the feed as the ‘Deal Tracker Feed’ (DTF).

DealHub supports multiple DTF data feeds and dealing codes and can concatenate these feeds into a single data flow. The server continuously monitors all the raw data that can possibly be extracted from the DTF feed and then converts this raw data via a logical data model into useful data records suitable for trader and back office applications.

The single key feature of this product is that records change in real-time as each dealer conversation progresses thereby providing previously unattainable levels of detail and opening up the possibility of new trading applications.

DealHub monitors incoming calls, outgoing calls, lost calls and all resultant conversation and ticket data across one dealing code or across all the whole floor.

This data can be utilised by any number of applications accessing the data via the TIBCO Rendezvous platform, Reuters Source Sink Library (SSL) or Personal Data Dictionary (PDD), which ensures that any workstation running under UNIX, or Windows can access the information. Interfaces to other digital platforms can be made available.

DealHub monitors the health of the Reuters DTF output ensuring that all error conditions and outages are reported electronically to both applications and system managers immediately.

DealHub provides the facility to record, archive and then replay the entire dealing room scenario for a certain period at original speed or user-selected speed. This can be used as an audit trail, for training or performance tuning.

DealHub runs as a Windows NT service and can be installed and managed remotely using DealHub Management components. This facility means that server faults can be identified, diagnosed and fixed from any location.

DealHub provides a complete overview of all trading feeds with the ability to conduct deals directly with other DealHub users.

DealHub offers rapid and seamless Intra and Inter bank Foreign Exchange conversation and trading, integrating into your banks own private network; allowing your bank to take full control of it’s own FX conversation and trading environment.

DealHub allows you to roll out your own dealing environment on a global or single branch basis and manage remote sites from one location. Completed conversations and tickets are archived and are instantaneously accessible. Completed conversations and tickets can be stored locally as well as passed to any branch location for reconciliation and archiving.

DealHub allows you to execute Intra-bank deals with other DealHub users, across your bank's own network.
