DHView is used to review and amend tickets that have been rejected, for example by the DealHub Routing and Processing Engine rules engine. The tickets are fed to the DHView Intervention screen using a dealing service that runs on the DealHub server. The reason for the rejection is stated in the interest message for the ticket. The missing or incorrect details can then be entered and the ticket sent back for re-processing. There is also the ability to search back within the DealHub Archive database for historic trades.
