DealHub’s Rules Engine supports user definable rules for the processing of tickets (complete or partial). The rules are typically used to route tickets for automatic enrichment, manual (user) intervention or to multiple downstream systems.
Rules Engine can be upgraded to a full Routing and Processing Engine solution as a logical migration path where more complex business logic is required. Business logic rules can be defined for risk stripping, and forwarding of back-to-back tickets to multiple centres.
Rules Engine may be used in conjunction with Conversation Analyser to structure workflows.
